Sun-cured
It sits in the corral and bakes in the Utah sun for months before it's gathered for your garden.
Garden Gold is JP's second business, which he runs with his business partner. Sun-cured horse manure with a kick of chicken manure from JP's hens, packed with the nitrogen and organic matter your garden is hungry for.
✦ WHY IT'S GOLD
Fresh manure is "hot" and hard on plants. Our horse manure cures in the sun for months, and the rich chicken manure gets blended into that much bigger pile.

Chicken manure is one of nature's richest sources of nitrogen. Every few months we clean out JP's coop and mix it in.
Our horses eat hay from a local family farm. What goes in is what comes out.
This is JP's business. He and his partner fill every order themselves, with a parent guiding the way.
✦ WHERE WE SERVE
Garden Gold is based in Nephi and serves gardeners up and down the Wasatch Front. Pick up a load in Nephi, or ask about delivery across Utah County and Juab County, priced by distance.
✦ HOW TO USE IT
Spread a 1–2 inch layer and work it into the soil, ideally a few weeks before planting.
Mix it in with leaves and yard scraps to give your pile a boost.
Top-dress around shrubs and flower beds, keeping it off trunks and stems.
Cover beds after harvest and let winter do the work for you.
Nothing synthetic. Just sun, time, and the good stuff from our horses and hens, feeding your soil the way nature does.
Raised, gathered, and loaded right here in Nephi, on hay from a local family farm. Your money stays in the neighborhood.
Every order helps two young entrepreneurs learn to work hard, serve customers, and earn their own money. All proceeds go to the boys.
